CFW Structure
EmuMMC: File-based – This makes it easy to migrate your EmuMMC to a new SD card or repartition later for Android/Linux. There is no noticeable difference between file-based and partition-based EmuMMC in terms of performance.
Exosphere – Configured to blank your serial number on both CFW SysMMC and CFW EmuMMC. This prevents Nintendo from identifying your console while running custom firmware.
DNS MITM – Configured to block all connections to Nintendo’s servers on CFW. Wi-Fi still works for everything else.
